Job Description
-Originate, structure, and execute syndicated loan facilities
-Prepare financing proposal, information memorandum and financial projection
-Review and negotiate loan documents
-Share the unit’s administration works
Requirements
-University graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
-With 8-10 years’ solid experience in the marketing or credit analysis duties of corporate banking, preferably with 4-5 years’ exposure in syndicated lending
-Good analytical, problem solving and report writing skills
-Ability to learn fast and work under pressure
-Strong communication skills
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin is preferred)
