Job Description
Our client, a famous F&B restaurant company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their team
Responsibilities:
•Manage and work closely with construction supplier to complete construction & maintenance projects for opening new restaurants
•Responsible for scheduling, coordination, execution, budgetary management, control of projects;
•Familiar with maintenance of equipment/machines in restaurants
•Manage and work closely with engineer for repairing machines in restaurant.
Requirements:
•At least 3-5 years solid working experience in project management / coordination experience, repairing machines and accommodating view toward the maintenance issue
•Knowledge of machines and construction
•Be able to understand drawing plans for new shop
•Japanese skill is advantage
