Our client, an established financial services group in Asia-Pacific Region, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Investment Banking – Corporate Finance (Assistant Vice President/ Vice President)
Responsibilities
•Independently lead and execute corporate finance transactions, including IPO, financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules and / or Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising activities.
•Assist in deal origination including assessing potential deals, developing new business and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
•Degree holder or above with strong academic background and / or with additional professional qualifications in Accountancy or Law, CFA/MBA is preferred.
• Strong corporate finance background with at least 4-6 years of relevant investment banking experience, preferred someone who has completed at least 2-3 IPOs; Candidates with 2-3 years of corporate finance / transaction advisory experience gained at sizable audit firms will be considered for Associate level.
• Good team player with excellent communication, project management, problem solving and business development skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with good command of financial modeling skills and use of Bloomberg.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin is a must, including pinyin typing.
• Lots of ambition and will to succeed in a highly dynamic and competitive environment
• Have ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure, with frequent travel.
