Job Description
Our client, a Chinese Financial Group, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities:
•Perform market surveillance, project due diligence, investment evaluation, financial modeling, transaction documentation and regulatory analysis
•Execute a wide range of corporate finance and capital market transactions including direct investment, pre-IPO investments, IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, and financial advisory for Hong Kong and PRC clients
•Coordinate with other professional parties on transaction assignments
•Assist in business development
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s or above degree in law, accounting or business subjects
•Experience in handling Hong Kong corporate finance transactions
•Working knowledge of the Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code
•Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
