Liaise with customers to follow up the delinquent accounts and perform various collection activities to meet the business objectives.
Requirements
- F.5 or above education qualification
- Around 2 + years experience in Credit Control or Collection areas
- Exposure in banking and finance industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of credit control or collection procedures
- Possess some legal knowledge is preferable
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- High integrity and initiative, good team-player, meticulous and able to work independently
- Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Willing to travel to PRC
