Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Coordinate daily restaurant management operations • Oversee and direct the food preparation process • Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction • Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary • Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints • Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards • Train and supervise all employees • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree holder • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry • Fluent in Chinese and English • Japanese ability is an advantage • Qualified Hygiene Manager or Hygiene Supervisor preferred • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
