Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Support Outdoor Sales and teammates for sales related issues, not limited to rate inquiries or prepare quotations
・Prepare tailor-made shipments and invoices reports
・Shipment coordination and problem solving for the stakeholders
・Follow up invoice billing, chasing outstanding payment, and credit control.
・Ad-hoc duty
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Degree holder
・At least 2 - 3 years relevant freight forwarding experience
・Business level in written and spoken English and Mandarin
・Proactive, good interpersonal and analytical skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese speaking is advantage
