Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Support the Marketing Manager to grow the business and brand awareness in Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Develop and execute various marketing campaigns such as brand advertising, through online and offline advertising channels, social media, and CRM communications.
• Create ideas for multimedia production - photos, videos, copies, and other formats
• Look after social media channels and members acquisition and re-engagement campaigns
• Optimize the budget to reach KPI and maximize ROI
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with detailed analysis
• Regular market research and competitor analysis for developing content strategies
• Liaise with external and internal agencies and partners, assist in operational and administrative tasks
• Manage ad hoc promotions and requests with efficiency
• Business Trip to Japan(Training purpose/Once or twice/year)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree holder in marketing/business/tourism or a related subject
• At least 3 years of marketing experience in the eCommerce industry
• Knowledge in both HK and Taiwan market
• Knowledge of eCommerce, CRM, and social media platforms
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
