Job Description
・Provide all-round secretarial support to the Japanese CEO
・ Responsible for the full spectrum of all-round HR functions such as staff recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process, payroll administration, MPF, and insurance calculation
・ Update the wage and employment records
・Arrange accommodation for Japanese staff
・Handle the visa application for Japanese staff
・Facilities and equipment maintenance such as order stationery
・Prepare payments and cheques
・Administers and processes all petty cash transactions
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in Japanese,(JLPT N2), English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
