<Job Responsibilities>
Handle general accounting duties in AR, AP, journal entries, etc.
Perform daily sales & settlement reconciliation.
Assist in performing payments, cheque issuing, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in preparing vouchers, month-end closings support, and update accounting schedules in an accurate & timely manner.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Diploma in accounting, finance, or related disciplines
Accounting experience in the F&B / FMCG industry would be a great advantage
Knowledge or experience in the use of Peachtree (Sage50) / MYOB software is preferable
Proficient in MS Office, Good command of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table)
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Japanese skills would be an advantage but not a must
