Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full set of accounts, journal entries, bank account operation, cash flow management, year-end closing
• Handle full spectrum of payroll and billing services including payroll calculation, reports, taxation, and MPF
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff data, including personal, attendance, and leave records
• Provide administrative support such as office maintenance
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder
• At least 2 years of Accounting experience
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Japanese ability is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
