<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle and follow up on accounts payable
• Handle daily accounting duties eg. monthly payment estimate, matching, and payments
• Handle daily accounting duties eg. logistic expenses and staff claims payables, data entry and
• payments
• Tax payment arrangement
• Prepare for payment list and settlement
• Prepare entertainment and traveling expenses reports
• Prepare consolidation reports
• Expenses checking (SGA&LC) for monthly closing
• Provide evidence requested by auditors
• Assist and support all accounts-related operations for our Shenzhen representative office
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Associate Degree in Accounting or above
• LCCI level 3 or above preferred
• At least 2 years of Accounting experience preferred
• FRESH GRADUATE WELCOM
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experienced in ERP systems (eg. SAP) would be an advantage
