Our client, a leading Japanese electronic company, they now looking for an experienced candidate to join their procurement team.
Japanese Speaking Procurement Officer - Procurement
Responsibilities:
Support Manager on planning and reporting issues, such as procurement related report, Trade insurance, Trade compliance...etc.
manage daily procurement and sales activities and operations
Co-ordinate with customers, suppliers and forwarder to ensure timely delivery within the budget.
Analyze demand and forecast information to plan sales budget
Support improvement projects in procurement & logistics aspects.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Transport and Logistics Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in sizable company or international trading related with electrical parts / component.
Good at Microsoft Office and Excel & PowerPoint is a MUST
Good command of written/spoken in Japanese (N2 or above) English and Mandarin
Strong analytical skills on reporting with strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
up to $20K
