Job Description
Our client, a Japanese Food Retail Chain Stores is now looking for talent to join their team -
Responsibilities:
- • Supervise the production efficiently, ensure quality and on time delivery;
- • Drive the development of the factory and the people;
- • Responsible for recruitment, coaching of general factory workers;
- • Identify, implement and monitor the strategies of management and long term production plans;
- • Monitor the current systems and procedures in achieving cost-effectiveness and good quality control;
- • Liaise with various departments and external parties to meet the company’s goals and targets;
- • Reporting to the Director;
- Requirements:
• Diploma in manufacturing / food or related discipline; - • Minimum 6 years’ working experience in a food factory;
- • Very flexible and able to adapt to the changing environments and Management demands; and
- • Good command in Cantonese and knowledge in English is a plus.
