Job Description
Our client, a Japanese Cosmetic company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team -
Duties
- •Responsible for handling month end closing and preparing monthly management report timely
- •Handling account receivables, account payables and GL functions
- •Supervise the work of subordinates
- •Daily accounting duties, inventory control, invoicing, claims etc
- •Other ad hoc accounting duties/projects assigned
Requirements
- •University graduates in Accounting/Finance; or equivalent
- •Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years at supervisory role, experience in FMCG & retail industry is highly preferred
- •Experience in retailing companies an advantage
- •Some inventory control exp /knowledge is an advantage
- •Strong in Excel e.g. Pivot Table, VLookup etc
- •Good in English & Mandarin
- •Good interpersonal and communication skill
