Job Description
Our client, One of the famous Japanese Accounting and Auditing Firm which was founded by Japanese, is now looking for Japanese speaking Accounting Consultant for their business expansion.
Requirements:
- Degree holder ( Accounting / Finance or related disciplines should be preferable)
- 2~3 years working experiences in Financial or Accounting firm preferred
- Hand on working experience in M&A or Financial due dilligence is advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attentive to detail,a good team player and eager to learn
- Fluent in Japanese is a must. Good command of both spoken and written English or Mandarin is required
Responsibilities:-
- To be responsible to consulting assignments in related to M&A and Financial due dilligence
- To liaise between auditors and customers to provide tax & finance advisory services to Japanese clients
- To help the client’s consolidated accounts including subsidiaries in PRC
- Browsing each financial reports to advise strategies for the next year
- Perform ad-hoc assignments
