Job Description
Our client, a manufacturer of interior components for automotive, is looking for high caliber candidates as follows:
【Responsibilities】
•Develop, implement and improve the Group’s internal control policies, procedures and guidelines for the Group
•Oversee the Group’s internal control review process for regulatory requirements and the Group’s governance standards
•Oversee annual general representation letter process and provide advices on controls to adapt to changes in organisational structure, standards and regulations
•Build and enhance control awareness within the Group
•Liaise with Japan HQ
【Requirements】
• Qualification in finance, accounting or relevant disciplines
• Knowledge of accounting is a must
• Good in Japanese,English and Mandarin
• Good skills in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Around 10 years relevant to internal control for HK and PRC
