Our client, a Japanese commercial bank, is looking for Assistant with following requirement.
【Responsibilities】
・To handle full set of administrative duties
・To handle the payment for bills and bookkeeping
・To arrange hired car and book a hotel when Japanese Representative / Client from Japan go to business trip to China Mainland
・To control the schedule of Japanese Representative
・To handle any ad hoc duties asigned
【Requirements】
・Good command of English and Mandarin. Conversational level of Japanese
・Over 1 year working experience
・Working experience as Secretary / Assistant is advantage
・Bachelor degree holder is preferred
・Stable and good communication skill
