Our client, Japanese Forex Broker company, is looking for suitable candidates as following requirements.
【Requirements】
・Degree holder in Finance Business Administration / Economics or other related disciplines
・Proficient in Mandarin. Business level of English.
・Solid experience in financial institution will be advantage
・Type 3 lisence is preferred
【Duties】
・To handle and follow up indivisual investors inquiries in timely mannar
・To create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients
・To monitor trading system and client trading activities and alert Operations Department if the system failure is found
・To handle inquiries from customers through call/email
