Job Description
Duties:
Responsible for performing SOX review & audit,
maintaining the SOX process documentation as well as monitoring our regional subsidiaries’ performance.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Accountancy
- Qualified accountant with at least 3-4 years relevant working experiences, preferably with solid experience in SOX documentation and regional reporting
- Proficient computer knowledge in MsWord, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Self- motivation, independent, strong analytical and communications skills
- Ocassional Overseas travel is needed
