Report Line: Accounting cum GA Senior Executive
***Job Duties***
Accounting tasks:
• Issuing VAT invoice
• Update & follow the candidate joining confirmation list, send reminder email to consultants & follow up to issue the VAT invoice on time.
• Prepare documents related to VAT adjustment invoice, replacement invoice, or other documents required by the client. Follow up to get confirmation & hard copies from clients.
• Booking receipt voucher into FAST and inform consultants via email.
• Preparing AR Aging Report & sending to consultants to inform the delayed payment via email. Following up to collect the delayed payment from the client.
• Preparing monthly revenue report.
• Oversea transaction: Follow related cases, remind consultants to get the invoice & other related documents for payment processing.
• Preparing & submitting Tax payment request on the Tax Dept.'s website
• Collect invoices & related documents to make a Payment application.
Admin tasks:
• Order stationery, drinking water
• Check EMS
• Follow, scan, and store vendor contracts or other documents related to admin & accounting.
• Office equipment: inform the vendor if any issue arises.
• Celebrating birthdays for employees
• Supporting company events (New Year's party, etc.) and other ad-hoc assignments by the leader (if any)

- Age: Under 26
- Gender: Female
- Education Background: College or University majoring in Accounting
- Foreign Language: English at Conversational Level
- Has at least 3 months of working experience in any position
