<Job Description>
• To meet sales budget (volume and sales value).
• To manage and improve all aspects of sales & marketing activities assigned, including:
- Developing new markets.
- Investigating market trend, market size, and value chain.
- Securing new customers and selling into new applications.
- Promoting new grades and products.
- Attending to customers' queries and resolving customer complaints.
- Providing basic technical service to customers with support from the technical service team.
• To promote the products also to key stakeholders such as brand owners, machine makers, and raw material makers for better relationships and creating new projects.
• To enhance market recognition of the products through presentations in related associations, conferences, exhibitions, and other events.
• To liaise with Regional Offices in sales, marketing, and technical matters

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Educational background: University Degree, major of Chemistry or Economics and/or Commerce
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
• More than 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing in the packaging business and/or the plastic industry
• Communication skills with Sales, Customer Service, Production Planner, Market Development, R&D, and Production team are a must.
• Good knowledge of packaging and /or plastic
