<Job Responsibilities>
- Searching for and exploiting new customers, offering to sell freight forwarding and logistics services (road, sea, air...) of the company to expand the customer system.
- Increasing the support for our existing customers.
- Supporting and advising customers to provide optimal solutions.
- Being responsible for coordinating with relevant departments to serve customers.
- Other related jobs under the assignment of Sales Manager and Region Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: from 22 to 27
- Gender: Any
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime / Logistics / Supply Chain
- Language: English at Business Level.
- Experiences: Having at least 1 year of experience in a Sales position in the logistics field
<Required characteristics>
- Be able to communicate well, be agile, speak fluently, and be able to present convincingly, and create a good impression on listeners.
- Know how to handle flexible and soft situations during the negotiation process with customers.
- Have good negotiation and communication skills to deal with contract negotiation and customer communication.
- Have good problem-solving skills to make innovations or quickly fix issues.
- Have a good ability to make reports in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Have ownership to handle the job by himself /herself.
- Be willing to support and cooperate.
- Be a quick learner and positive-thinking person
- Have a professional attitude, passion, sales hunter, commercial mindset, proactive, customer service mindset, dynamic, enthusiastic energy.

- Can speak Chinese is a big plus
