Job Detail
<Job Responsibilities>
- Creating and updating operations plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, or production needs. Working with concerned departments to ensure alignment and efficient execution of plans. Observing the progress of plans, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective actions. Identifying and resolving issues related to operations.
- Creating and managing organizational budgets, often in collaboration with other departments. Analyzing financial data, including expenses, revenues, and cost. Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Tracking actual spending against the budget and investigating variances.
- Inputting and managing relevant data in company systems (ERP Navision, Dynamic 365BC). Preparing operation and budget cost expenses report system.

<Requirements>
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree - major in Operations/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Finance / or related fields
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: Understanding of operation planning, supply chain, budget principles field (a graduate is acceptable)
- Strong general knowledge & proficiency in MS Office (Office 365, Power BI, D365BC)
- Willing to undergo one-month training at the factory in Long Thanh (company transportation provided)

- Technical Skills: technical knowledge related to production, logistics, or specific systems.
- Software Skill: Familiar with ERP / D365BC. Good at Excel, Pivot and Power BI is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
