Job Detail
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Client services and exploring new clients:
o Timely renew insurance policies, strictly following Renewal Guideline of the Division
o Follow up on client’s growth & requirements
o Design an insurance program matching the client’s requirements
o Negotiate Terms & Conditions with clients
o Keep & develop the relationship with clients
o Conduct Insurance seminars for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of the insurance policy and the claim procedure)
o Arrange risk surveys
o Provide consulting services to clients
o Explore new clients
2. Business Processing and Supervising:
o Manage and follow up business plan of the team
o Manage guidelines for the operation of the team
o Approve the risks within the authority limit
o Manage and support the claim process
o Guide and support the Marketing back staff
3. Coordination with other Divisions:
o To cooperate with other Divisions/departments to set up and implement internal policies & guidelines
4. Staff management
o Manage and control day-to-day administrative operations in the team
o Coach & supervise staff to fulfil their job
o Training new Marketing (MKT) staff
o Coordinate MKT staff to ensure their cooperation is efficient
5. Reports
o Timely prepare periodic reports as required by the Company
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having around 10 years of experience in the insurance industry with at least 4 years of experience in activities of Non-life Insurance.
<Skills>
o Strong marketing sense.
o Clearly understand the working procedure and flow chart.
o Well know all insurance products and able to explain to clients their coverage.
o Be highly aware of the requirement to be professional to provide high-quality service to clients.
o Presentation & negotiation skill
o Management skills. Abilities and willing to train employees.
<Preferred Skill / Experience>
o Having Japanese skill is a plus
