Job Detail
<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage Customer Service team (work assignment, personnel management, team building, training ..)
・Report: Synthesize detailed reports to send to Japan periodically, summarize claims and give consulting to the Director and HQ in Japan
・Work with other departments (contracts, complaints, import and export, etc.)
・Support to deploy new software system for customers (orders management software)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any. Age: From 35 - 40 years old
・Bachelor Degree
・Languages: Japanese AND English Business level (TOEIC 750)
・Experience :
+ Having at least 3 years of experience in Sales Support/Customer Service and 3 years at leader/supervisor position
+ Having experience in managing a team of 10 members
<Preferable>
・Good at MS Office and Computer
・Expereinced working in manufacturing companies
・Good at communication and negotiation skills
・Good at working under pressure
・Enthusiasm, long-term commitment
・Can use Mandarin
