Job Detail
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support maintenance, and management of network infrastructure, servers, and databases.
- Support SAP system (data storage system).
- Ensure stable operation of the computer network system as well as IT equipment at the main office and branches (HCM & Hanoi & branch office).
- Install software, and tools on the server to serve data storage, source code, deploy Web Server/Database Server.
- Control and troubleshoot computer system and hardware security issues.
- Support departments to install, and operate software, and technical work, and periodically check and maintain IT equipment.
- Manage IT equipment, and coordinate with equipment suppliers when there is a purchase, warranty, or inspection of IT equipment.
- Coordinate with IT outsources and Japanese Headquarter
- Coordinate (to create) some operation systems for each department
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University Graduation (Direct university is preferred)
・Language: English - Intermediate Level (communicate with Japanese Manager and Headquarters)
・Experience: From 2+ years of experience as IT Admin / Helpdesk with knowledge and experience of SAP.
・Acceptance of business trip to group company (not frequently).
・Less job hopper or expectation of working stably and making long-term contributions are preferred.
