<Job Responsibilities>
- Enhance customer satisfaction, drive new customer acquisition, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Develop relationships with customers to uncover potential needs, qualify their interests, and assess their viability to drive sales.
- Initiate contact with potential clients to build new relationships and expand our customer base.
- Train customers by presenting product information tailored to their needs.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Create sales proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to provide insights as a product knowledge specialist.
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, or a related field.
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) AND English - Conversational Level (Able to write business emails and reports)
・Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer.
・Must possess a customer-oriented growth mindset.
・Ability to effectively gather detailed product information through direct communication in Japanese with the technical support team, comprehend complex technical details and nuances, and accurately convey this information to customers in Vietnamese.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal relations, teamwork, presentation, and creativity.
・Travel Requirements: Sales engineers may be required to visit customer sites, attend trade shows and conferences, and travel internationally.
