<Job Responsibilities>
• Achieve set Sales targets
• Identify, approach, and develop new customers
• Maintain and develop existing accounts
• Prepare service proposals and supervise the implementation of new business
• Act as an escalation channel for shipment handling
• Follow up and supervise customer payments
• Identify and develop new business, business retention, and development in the market
• Integrate and perform contributively in the sales team while keeping in line with company's strategy and general policy, develop and optimize the profitability of the Vietnam region and overall sales activity
• Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates and handle, monitor, and follow up on sales leads generated by the group of companies and their affiliates
• Handle in an accurate, professional and responsible manner daily tasks and duties, and provide accurate and regular activity reports to the management
• Be active in the aggressive selling of company services
• Develop free-hand business through local sales activities
• Follow and update the market information and competitor action.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College Degree or above
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Have 2 to 3 years working experience in an international freight forwarder as a Sales Staff
・Computer skills: Good Microsoft Office operation skills
・Core Competencies:
