<Expectation>
- You will be responsible, as a BrSE, for handling a system development project that utilizes "Databricks", a platform used for big data processing and AI/machine learning.
- The request will come from the headquarters in Japan.
- Although prior knowledge of Databricks is not required, as you can study it after joining the company, quick learning is expected.
- This is because you will also be responsible for training a new staff member who will join the team three months later.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Facilitate onboarding of new customers onto the Databricks environment.
- Support customers in the implementation of new use cases, including ideation and analysis (BPR, EDA, etc), coding (Data/ML/AI pipeline), implementation (CI/CD), operation support, and enablement.
- Conduct thorough customer requirement analysis and guide optimal technical decision-making.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects, tracking and reporting onboarding progress.
- Lead customers effectively by leveraging and advocating Databricks best practices.
- Train your staff who will join in the future.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
・Language:
- English - Business Level (Equivalent to over TOEIC 800)
OR
- Japanese - Business Level (Equivalent to N1)
・Experience:
- More than 2 years of experience in BrSE as a leader level
OR
- More than 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Pre-sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Consulting.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains (experience in multiple areas preferred):
- Business Consultation (e.g., PMO, Business Analysis, Use case ideation)
- Data Engineering (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Data Science/Machine Learning (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, Hyperparameter Optimization)
- Data Warehousing (SQL, OLAP/OLTP/DSS)
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data analytics workflows.
- Exceptional task and time management abilities.
- Interested in adapting to Japanese business culture.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Databricks certification (Databricks Certified Associate / Professional).
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Japanese language proficiency at a business level or higher.
