<Job Responsibilities>
1. Customer Service & Consultation
Greet customers and provide personalized beauty consultations.
Recommend skincare and makeup products based on individual needs and preferences.
Demonstrate product usage and makeup application techniques.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

2. Sales & Cashier Duties
Explain product features, benefits, and usage instructions.
Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
Handle transactions accurately at the cash register.

3. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed.
Receive, inspect, and organize new product deliveries.
Report low stock or damaged items to the store manager.

4. Merchandising & Store Presentation
Create attractive product displays and promotional setups.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Update signage and promotional materials according to campaigns.

5. Sales Reporting
Record daily sales and customer feedback.
Assist in achieving monthly and seasonal sales goals.

6. Product Knowledge & Training
Stay informed about new product launches and the latest beauty trends.
Participate in training sessions provided by the brand or store.
Share product knowledge with team members and customers.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Under 30s
・Gender: Any
・Education: Vocational school degree acceptable.
・Language: Have more than English communication skills for sales to Foreign customers
・Experience: Have experience selling cosmetics
・Skills Required:
- Ability to explain cosmetic products.
- Ability to consult with customers.
- Ability to apply makeup for customers.
(It is understood that it may be difficult to find someone with experience in all of these areas.)
