<Number of employees : Total : 7 Local : 7 > <Report Line : Manager in Korea > <Team Member: 4 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: Adhesive > <Clients: B2B > <Saturday Working: on call > <Job Responsibilities> • Collaborate with Technical manager on the management of: o Projects and lab resources. o Customer support o Development of technical sales aid / marketing tools • Develop formulations / conduct trials with customers in adhesives and coatings application • Perform day-to-day laboratory testing and analysis according to standards • Preparation of test reports and customer visit report • Implement development project of a new trend in adhesives and coating application • Arrange and implement training for targeted customers • Provides Support in implementing WACKER and local Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) standards, and legislation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Minimum Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Process Technology • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in adhesives application (required) industries • Fluency in English (Business level) • Effective communication and organizational skill • Good presentation and reporting skill • Self-motivated and a high degree of initiative • Ability to work in an international team and to handle an organizational matrix structure • Ability to structure his/her work independently • Familiar with EH&S topics • Strong personality, Able to work under less supervision, good teamwork, fast learner, good communication and interpersonal skills
