<Number of employees : Total : 40k+ Local : 40k+ > <Report Line : BOD > <Team Member: 0 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 20-30 persons > <Products: Textile (Fabrics, Yarn) > <Clients: B2B domestic and international> <Job Responsibilities> ・Provide financial reports and interpret financial information while recommending further courses of action. ・Advise and provide strategies that the company should take to maintain the financial health of the organization. ・Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. ・Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances. ・Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. ・Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. ・Manage the preparation of the company’s budget. ・Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. ・Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male/ female around 35 - 45 years old ・Have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting ・Have a minimum of 8 years of experiences as an Finance Manager for the textile or similar industry ・Have working experience as Consultant at Big 4 firm and handling big manufacture audit ・In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices ・Excellent knowledge or risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting ・Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting ・Excellent communication and presentation skills ・A problem-solver with attention to detail ・Organizational and leadership skills ・Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office ・Business level English for both oral and written ・Placement location can be in Solo (preferably) or Jakarta
