<Number of employees : Total : 150 > <Report Line : Japanese President Director > <Team Member: 15 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 15 persons > <Products: Air conditioning systems, Home products, Factory automation systems, Building systems, Semiconductors & devices, Visual Information systems > <Clients: Japanese and Indonesian companies > <Job Responsibilities> Manage Accounting & Finance department as General Manager ◆Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department(month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable,cash receipts, general ledger) ◆Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements ◆Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further actions ◆Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. ◆Other tasks assigned by Japanese President Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ◆Able to create and analyze financial statements(P/L, B/S, C/F) ◆Able to use SAP system ◆Have Business English skill to communicate with Japanese directors ◆Have Management experience at Japanese or non-Indonesian General /Sales company <Preferable Skill / Experience> ◆Able to handle Tax tasks
