<Job Responsibilities>
- Extract and provide data from database of each system based on the request from each department
- Based on request form, create and register MS Excel / CSV files that can be imported into each system
- Update the database directly using SQL or MS Access if necessary
- Manage the data in each database to keep consistency
- Support for business operations (such as data entry, etc.) by the other departments
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Min. Diploma degree, majoring in Information System, IT Engineering, or similar
- More than 5 year experiences in IT positions, especially Data Management
- Familiar with database operation using SQL
- Deep understanding of the Excel (VBA, Macros) or GoogleAppScript
- Good communication skill in English, conversational level
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Able to speak Japanese would be a plus
