<Job Responsibilities>
Be responsible for IT support tasks
◆Installation and configuration Computer Operating System, Printers, and Applications.
◆Manage and troubleshooting computer hardware, software or systems, networks, printers, and servers.
◆Support all IT related for operational activity.
◆Investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults.
◆Maintain IT assets (PC, Laptop, Mobile phone, etc)
◆Create macro in excel and query database to create reports as required from management
◆Other Tasks assigned by supervisor
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
◆Able to use Visual Basic, Macro, Database, Office 365, Windows Server *Macro in excel is must
◆Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
◆Have working experience as an IT staff more than 1 year
◆Conversational English skill to communicate with Japanese employee
◆Able to work in team, cooperative persons

◆Work in the financial industry
