<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for creating and growing sales numbers, on fleet segment (B2B)
- Directly contributing on expanding the business by provide insights competition on fleet segment (B2B)
- Develop & implementation of demand forecast, operations, leveraging plans - customizing it for all region and subsequently implemented
- Developing activity program plan within company's goal and budget and achieve the sales target
- Manage the implementation of distribution channeling through distributor or direct to end user
- Creating initiatives/ideas to compete and also deliver market share and sales volume
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Min S1 from reputable university
- At least 3 years' experience in the commercial or fleet segment automotive industry with exposure in sales, marketing and distribution would be hugely advantageous
- Coming from both principal & distributor backgrounds would be greatly preferable
- At least 2 years of strong knowledge and experience in the lubricant or spare part market in general
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business level in English skill
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organization and various cross-functions
- Develop and implement monthly strategic plans for the achievement of sales targets
