<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze and investigate insurance claims to help prevent fraud
- Review and process new claims reports
- Uphold relationships and communication with insurance departments and clients
- Resolve claims in a timely manner.
- Responsible in handling Japanese accounts
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Min. 1 year of working experience in insurance (health, general, claim, or similar)
- Business level in Japanese language skill (min. N2)
- Conversational level in English language skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in handling health insurance claim
