<Job Responsibilities>
1. Handle Japanese clients complaint and needs
2. Offer the latest product to an existing customer
3. Manage good relationships with customers so that customers become loyal
4. Meet customer needs related to banking products
5. Manage and build a new team
6. Make and review policy, regulation, and SOP.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
1. Age is around 35 - 45
2. Fluent in Japanese and has N2 Certification Business level
3. Have conversation level English capability
4. Have around 5 years of experience in Banking as a managerial rank and team leader for the service department.
5. Have 10 years experience in banking handling Japanese client
6. Have a great leadership
7. Proactive and detail-oriented
8. Have good interpersonal and good communication skills
9. Able to operate a computer (Ms. Office) is a must
10. Look neat and active
11. Placement: Jakarta
