Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent major • Minimum 3 years in Software Development / Corporate Application Role (Finance and/or HR system). POS Application experience is an advantage • Minimum 2 years experience in retail business • Strong knowledge in Java, Javascript, PL/SQL • Experience in web services technology: REST API, JSON, SOAP • Experience in ERP Implementation & Support (Oracle, MS-AX, SAP etc) • Working experience in Global Organization/Projects is an advantage • Occasional travel around Asia Pacific region required • Business level communication in English [Desired Characters] • Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans and follow through (objective oriented) • Logical thinking; Proven analytical and problem resolution skills • Quality and cost driven • Ability to explain benefit & cost trade off to control business requirements • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skill and demonstrate leadership • Experience in collaboration with global team
