<Number of employees : Total : 50 Local : 46 Japanese : 4 Foreigner : 0 > <Report Line : Project General Manager (Japanese) > <Job Responsibilities> - Control the storage of Shipping Document for customs clearance, i.e. checking the contents, filing the original document, instruction and monitoring of shipping documents uploading to shipping DMS etc. - Control transportation activities such as general transportation schedule, transportation/receiving application document, approval for transportation from relevant parties, for On-Shore procurement, coordination with Procurement Manager - Draft Insurance Claim Procedure for On-Shore portion, which covers inland transportation, construction and commissioning at site, on-shore storage under company's responsibility item - Draft the insurance claim document, collect evidence document and figure out the background information about the incident - Support negotiation of Variation Order under instruction of Project Manager, such as collect the information for cost and evidence, draft quotation, calculation etc. - Window contact for customer regarding commercial matter and payment follow-up - Handle import permit - Handle payment to logistic vendors - Creating COR (Change Order Request)/ CBR (Change Budget Request)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university - Experience of similar power plant construction project commercial and logistics minimum 5 years - Business level of English skill <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Speaking, reading and writing in Japanese preferable - Computer literate (MS Office and other relevant software) - Having good integrity, team work and strategic thinking
