<Job Responsibilities>
1. Assist for all Procurement duties
2. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and other important data
3. Create and maintain good relationships with Vendors/Suppliers
4. Making professional decisions in fast-paced environment
5. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply and price options
6. Develops plans for the purchasing equipment, services and supplies
7. Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
8. Assist Manager for General Affairs duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems
- Have min. 3 years previous experience as procurement officer or related positions
- Ability to analyze problems and strategist for better solutions
- Have excellent negotiable skill
- Committed to work, Innovative, Responsible, Pro-active, Able to handle challenges
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Proficient in English, both verbal and writing
