Requirements :
- Have a minimum of Bachelor deree in civil engineering or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 5 year working experiences in related field is required for the position
- Good in preparing reports and performing other paper/administration works
- Have knowledge and understanding off all trades required on site to be able to quality contro works ensuring that they are completed to the requre standards
- Have good understanding of all health and safety proposal and able to apply health ad safety and security requirements
- Have knowledge and understanding of the CDM (Construction Design & Management) regulations and Experience with CAD Office
- Willing to work in Bekasi or jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and supervisor the work activities
- Support the Project Manager works
- Ensure timely completion of all projects
- Monitor/review operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects
- Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters
- Meeting with contractors
- Check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings
- Responsibe for safety control
