Responsibility
- Direct, coordinate, maintain and control accounting system that properly reflects the financial position of the factory.
- Ensure accurate internal and external recording and reporting of financial transactions.
- Ensure accounting activities are in accordance with legal and regulatory in Indonesia and company procedures
- Able to work closely with the Tax declaration company for monthly and annually tax declaration.
- Be responsible for third party audit from private and Government sector on Accountant and finance department
- Control all the transaction in accountant and finance department
- Control direct & general expense within budgets.
- Responsible to the team member under accounting and finance department.
- Able to develop the team member under strict supervisor and accommodate the team member situation
- Report to HQ using IFRS system
Requirement
- Male / Female
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least have 5 years of working experience in the manufacturing is required for this position, preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance
- General/Cost Accounting or Equivalent.
- Excellent in using IFRS system
- Poses highly business and ownership as an Assistant Manager
- Good communication in English (verbal & written)
- Able to operate MS Office (word, excel, power point)
