Responsibilities
• Implement sales activity based on the sales budget and target
• Discuss a strategy to implement the sales plan with the superior
• Implement the sales plan based on sales Budget, comparing the actual and the target
• Doing Market Research to support the sales plan together with the sales department
• Report to General Manager
Requirements
• Male/ Female
• Have a minimum of S1 degree in Engineering or Business Management
• Experience in sales department in Automotive for at least 5 years
• Have excellent skills in preparing quotation in details.
• Have excellent negotiation skills with clients
• Must have an excellent English (business level) both written and oral
Desirable Experiences
• If able to speak Japanese will be a plus point
Desirable Character
• Team work and fast learner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, passionate, strong personality
