Job Description
<Resposibilities> - Have scope in managing day-to-day operation within the required scope of work in Warehouse, liaise with client for daily tasks and reporting requirement, solve any issues that arise within the warehouse area - Manage a team of 20 to 50 operators, supervisors and administrative staff - Control daily operation and reporting to meet KPI target - Motivate team members to increase productivity and provide / select relevant training modules to the team - Have ability to analyse technical data and understanding of client's needs and requirements - Responsible for overall warehouse operations, resource allocation and communication with client - Review revenue and cost structure to optimize profit through process imporevement <Requirements> - Have a minimum of S1 degree in Logistics/ Supply chain/ Engineering/ Business studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent from reputable university - have a minimum of 3 years of recent sales experience in the Logistics/ Supply chain in relation to warehousing activities - Excellent understanding of warehousinf operation and WMS system is a must - Demosntrable good track record of achieving and exceeding KPI targets - Have excellent ability to communicate in English for both oral and written <Desirable Experiences> - <Desirable Character> - Strong personality, persistence, pay attention to details, good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills |
