Management Trainee (Japanase Speaking) for Banking Industry

Position Name: Management Trainee (Japanese Speaking) - Banking
Work Location: Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat -> Japan for 2 years, go back to Indonesia for final placement
Reporting Line: Japanese Manager

<Resposibilities>

This position is designed to discover and create talents to become Relationship Managers with international working exposure, where the selected talents shall undergo series of intensive training programs for 3 years period in Japan, particularly in business-related segments. These opportunities will not only equip the trainees with a comprehensive understanding of how business promotion works but also able to perform an adequate level of leadership, which would become the essence of business growth and sustainability in the future. After training programs are done, the trainees ought to relocate back in Indonesia for final placement.

<Requirements>

- Fresh Graduate from any major background, Bachelor Degree (max. 25 y.o) and Master Degree (max. 27 y.o) from reputable university

- Working experience not more than 1 (one) year. 

- GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00) or above preferred. 

- English excellence in both speaking and writing. 

- Japanese fluency is mandatory, proven by holding JLPT N1. 

- Passionate in sales & marketing as Relationship Manager. 

- Willing to be relocated back in Indonesia after completion of training.
