Job Description
*To coordiate smoothly between the stake holders of the new Gas Plant constrution project.
*The internal title of this position is "Project Engineer" - however this position requires interpretation, negotiation, facilitation and administration duties also with the STEM background.
・Interpretation: Attending meeting with Japanese professionals for simultaneous interpretation (Bahasa to Japanese/English, and vice versa).
・Translation：Translating given documents and any materials to proceed the project.
・Negotiation：Negotiating in Bahasa Indonesia on behalf of the Japanese side - whenever there is a situation which the meeeting content might cause disadvantage for the company.
・Facilitation & Coordination：Lead multiple stake holders into harmony without losing the benefit of the company. Do follow ups towards involved parties.
・Administration：Taking discussion minutes, materialize it into reports, and visualize the following schedules and action plans.
・Others：Execute whatever needed to proceed the project smoothly.
※The construction site will be in Surabaya, but the project office will be in Jakarta. Required to work in Jakarta for 2 years at least. After that, to be discussed.
[Ability/Skill]
・Background in science
・Japanese or English skill (preferably Japanese) in business level
・Coordination skill: Able to proceed the project with multiple stake holders
・Negotiation skill: Can represent the company's stances and benefits
・Progress control skill to hit the project schedule and deadlines.
・Ability to use Microsoft Office. [word, excel, ppt]
・Working experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry
・Can work in a team
・Can do accurate and fast commucation
・Strong inquiring mind for improving knowledge.
