Responsibility
・Assist the Japanese GM
・Collect information by contacting real estate agent, APINDO etc.
・ Create and modify contract in English
・Negotiate with bank, hotel, restaurant company.
・Support idea of promotion tool, contents, event and other promotion related matter.
Requirement
・Ability to speak English above business level
・Be interested in real estate development
・Build human relationship for a long time
・Ability to develop new customer
・Ability to sale and achieve a goal.
・Ability to report, take a note, discuss very well.
Preferable experience
・Working experience in real estate industry
