Job Description
Responsibilities:
Being responsible in Product Engineering Assistant Manager.
・Product some automotive parts and plastic molding things.
・Supporting Manager for he can focus on management side more than operation.
・Command some duties and giving some advices with subordinates.
・Create some documents for subordinate and direct boss.
Requirements:
・Knowledge about production of automotive parts or plastic molding
・Ability to create some document by Microsoft office; Word, Excel and Power Point.
・Knowledge of PPAP （Production Part Approval Process）and APQP（Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan）.
・Ability to set up of company, new facility and equipment.
・Ability to speak English above business level.
Desirable Experience:
・Working experience as a production engineering.
Desirable Character:
Supporting mind for direct boss / Diligent
